New partner AsTrack enables Framence GmbH to spread its revolutionary technology in building digitization in the Asia-Pacific region
Developments in major Asian cities are progressing much faster than in the rest of the world in terms of digitization in the construction industry. The digital future of smart buildings in combination with artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in the region. We are delighted to have found AsTrack to be a well-represented and competent partner in Southeast Asia and Australia for our further internationalization.
AsTrack was formed to bring the latest innovation and technology into the construction and facilities management sectors in South East Asia and Australia. AsTrack literally stands for Asset Tracking which reflects the solution that covers the DBO (Design, Build and Operate) workflow across a buildings’ lifecycle. The established company has got more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and extensive expertise with BIM (“Building Information Modelling”). The reduction of rework is a particular focus of AsTrack, which requires regular comparison of “as built” data back to the model.
As a provider of the only technology currently available to capture 3D images of buildings and facilities economically and extremely fast, FRAMENCE offers a highly cost-effective platform that perfectly complements the two companies. Digital twins of buildings and facilities can be created from simple panorama photos. Thanks to the intelligent FRAMENCE software process, the creation of photorealistic digital twins can be realized in a matter of seconds and existing BIM models can be extended to the real “as built” situation.
The partnership between FRAMENCE and AsTrack therefore provides great value to the many large constructors, engineers and building managers who are looking for high-end technologies in the Asian regions that will accompany them into the future in a purposeful and cost-effective way.
