University or technical college degree or vocational training in computer or data science, engineering or related technical fields. Applicants with practical experience are also welcome to apply
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C/C++, C#, and others commonly used in AI development
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and application-specific use of Open LLMs (ideally not only ChatGPT prompting)
Data manipulation and preprocessing skills, including data cleaning and transformation
Experience in deploying AI models to production systems, including containerization and cloud deployment
Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in the AI field
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German
