Storing and Retrieving Data with just a Click in the Pharmaceutical Industry

To help a client active in the pharmaceutical industry store, retrieve and document information ad hoc, we created a photorealistic digital twin of their plant and laboratories and placed all the necessary information from third-party providers in the twin.

What was the challenge?

In the pharmaceutical industry, the generation of extensive data over the lifespan of assets is a given. However, accessing this data on an ad hoc basis can be a time-consuming process, often requiring significant effort across various software solutions. The need for quick and efficient information storage, retrieval, and documentation prompted our client to seek a solution that would streamline these processes.

How did we solve it?

To address the challenge of managing and accessing vast amounts of data in the pharmaceutical industry, we implemented our photorealistic digital twin platform FRAMENCE. The digital twin serves as a comprehensive solution, offering a “single point of data access”. We integrated relevant information directly into the digital twin, so that our client can effortlessly locate and retrieve the necessary data with just a few clicks. The intuitive interface of our digital twin platform further simplifies the process of information retrieval, providing a seamless and user-friendly experience. Additionally, the digital twin allows for easy integration of third-party systems, which was important to our client, and thus ensures a smooth transition between different software solutions.

How did our client benefit?

The “single point of data access” feature significantly reduced the time and effort our client required for ad hoc data searches. Our client’s staff can now access all necessary information quickly and efficiently within the digital twin environment. The seamless integration with third-party systems ensures flexibility in workflow, allowing our client to transition effortlessly between different software solutions while maintaining the safety protocols that are in place for critical data. This approach not only enhances the overall efficiency of information management but also contributes to a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
